The TMS Center of Nebraska, LLC is affiliated with Lincoln Psychiatric Group. Lincoln Psychiatric Group has been treating patients since 1939.


Dr. Jeffrey Coffman holds an MD degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and was trained in Psychiatry at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is certified in General Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has practiced in Lincoln since 1990, first at the VA Medical Center, and since 1993 has been a partner in Lincoln Psychiatric Group.

Dr. Coffman provides diagnostic assessment and primarily medical model treatment of major neuropsychiatric conditions. He uses electromagnetic interventions including ECT and TMS as significant adjunctive tools where indicated, to deal with medication unresponsive conditions.

Dr. Dianna Clyne is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She is board-eligible in adult psychiatry, board-certified in forensics, and is certified in auricular acupuncture (used for detoxification and trauma). Among her many accomplishments, she has received the Physician Award for Heroes in the Fight for Better Mental Health awarded by the Mental Health Association of Nebraska in 2008, has been listed in many editions of Who’s Who, and has retired after twenty years of service from the Army National Guard and the Army Reserves.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, she completed her residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1996, she returned to Lincoln and partnered with Dr. Jeffrey Coffman in the Lincoln Psychiatric Group and more recently opened the TMS Center of Nebraska, LLC. Dr. Clyne is also the medical director of several psychiatric treatment facilities:
- CenterPointe and St. Monica’s (residential and outpatient rehabilitation treatment centers for mental illness and substance addiction)
- P.I.E.R. (an assertive community treatment team that provides community based services for people with severe and persistent mental illness)
-Touchstone (a short term residential treatment center)

Dr. Clyne has extensive knowledge with alcohol and substance addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, impulse control disorder, personality disorders, obsessisve-compulsive disorder, post- traumatic stress disorder as well as other anxiety disorders, eating disorders, Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and schizophrenia as well as many other psychotic disorders. She is also an advocate for alternative medicine and enjoys exploring new valid treatment options. Dr. Clyne is married with five daughters, one son-in-law, and a super cute grandson. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, exercise, and ride roller coasters.
